【摘要】:Addition:ThisParticularStandardspecifiestherequirementforINFUSIONPUMPS,INFUSIONCONTROLLERS,SYRINGEPUMPSandPUMPSFORAMBULATORYUSE,asdefinedin2.101to2.110.ThesedevicesareintendedforusebymedicalstaffandhomePATIENTSasprescribedandmedicallyindicated.Theseparticularrequirementsdonotapplytodevices:1)specificallyintendedfordiagnosticorsimilaruse(e.g.angiographyorotherpumpspermanentlycontrolledorsupervisedbytheOPERATOR),2)enteralinfusion,3)extracorporealcirculationofblood,4)implantableordisposabledevices,5)EQUIPMENTspecificallyintendedfordiagnosticusewithinurodynamics(measurementofpressure-volumerelationshipoftheurinarybladderwhenfilledthroughacatheterwithwater);6)EQUIPMENTspecificallyintendedfordiagnosticusewithinmaleimpotencetesting(measurementofamountofliquidinfused,necessarytomaintainapresetpressurelevelformaintainingpenileerection:cavernosometry,cavernosography).
