MIL-STD-1605, MILITARY STANDARD: PROCEDURES FOR CONDUCTING A SHIPBOARD ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE (EMI) SURVEY (SURFACE SHIPS) (23 APR 1973)., This standard provides detailed procedures for conducting an electromagnetic interference (EMI) survey aboard surface ships. An EMI survey is required for new construction ships and ships receiving overhauls or other major repair work that changes the electromagnetic configuration.
